3.5% of Bulgarian messages carry traces of Russian source material: Russian military abbreviations, Russian spellings of names, Kremlin phrases translated word for word, Russian-only letters and words. 4.8% of them were matched to Russian originals in the same export. Bilingual channels are excepted for letters, words and quotation marks.
