Besides that, Vladimir Petkov, CEO at Identrics was a moderator in the congress’ tech panel.
Data-driven media monitoring is becoming a game changer for media intelligence providers. Vladimir talked with Viet Yen Nguyen and Mohan Doshi about the benefits, challenges, and opportunities that technologies bring to the industry.
At the FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress, Nesin Veli, Product Manager at Identrics, showcased one of our latest case studies. He presented a case in which Identrics joined forces together with United Partners to automate the process of identifying the most discussed topics in the field of PR & Marketing.
The goal was to keep PR & Marketing professionals in the CEE region informed through a newsletter containing a selection of relevant news from the region. To summarize the case, Nesin outlined the different components of the project – the set goals, the challenges throughout the process, the collection process, and the final results.
Working with 70 sources and over 10K articles per week, in 13 different languages, Identrics has been successfully extracting 2K articles weekly after the filtering process. The final result is that only PR & Marketing articles made it to the newsletter Identrics has created.
As an active member of the FIBEP community, Identrics was extremely excited to participate in such a big and important event. Meeting other media intelligence professionals at the event allowed us to share media knowledge and exchange experience. The covered topics during the congress gave new ideas and tactics to satisfy the business requirements of our audience.
